Imagine finding your flight delayed for hours, Trapping you in Raleigh Durham airport. Now imagine that due to poor planning, your stomach had begun to digest itself, making noises that threaten to drown out the roar of jets.
While nearly every other establishment in the airport was closed for the night, Popeyes was open, its sign a glowing beacon for weary travelers foraging for nourishment, looking to fill up before the long night ahead.
For that Popeyes gets 5 stars.
Popeyes is one of the few chains where the food is consistent at every location, and the chicken was good.
Is your cup half empty or half full? Doesn't matter. Whether you are an optimist or a pessimist, you can fill your cup, because the soda fountain is self serve, for all the refills your bladder can handle.
    Safe travels friends, safe travels.

Oh, the food at this Popeyes Louisian Kitchen is goo-oo-ood!  Yeah, it doesn't get much better than that.  Service is right and ready.  The drinks are cold and easy to reach.  Unlike some other restaurants and locations in the Raleigh-Durham Airport the prices are reasonable.  It's great to be able to find pricing that is in line with pricing outside of the airport and to avoid that sky-high cost that may sometimes accompany a simple meal.

The food was prepared quickly and served with politeness and ability.  I could see the staff was proud of the work they are doing and it showed in the food.  Hot and fresh.  The cole slaw was a pleasure.  Fresh as well.  I know when I am travelling through this terminal again I won't have to worry about where I am going to eat because I'll be heading right for this Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen!

Popeyes is a great addition to the RDU airport. It's as great option for breakfast and lunch. Unfortunately, there's been times when they run out of things like has browns and have to substitute it with fries. I don't mind but to be out of stock for a franchise restaurant is kind amateur. The food is always hot and delicious. The lines can be long but quick stop and go for the most part. It's not a bad option, compared to all of the other restaurants in the airport.

I like Popeye's chicken. This place had a somewhat limited selection. Also I found it unacceptable that they refused to give me a cup of tapwater unless I paid $2.89 for the cup

This is the worse eatery in Durham, NC! Went to eat today. The only thing eating this food was my garbage can because it had no choice. Unfortunately , I drove thru and purchased  a three piece white with fries. Chicken was so old the white meat was brown dusty dry and the chicken was cold. This sucks! Why are you opened to sell local community trash!? I will never ever stop here to eat ever in life ! The worse eatery ever!
